i guess i'll reapply for that clerkship

The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has cited to my law review article. Sweet. That's only one step below the United States Supreme Court.

The case is Meyers v. Tex., --- F.3d ---, 2005 WL 1178010, at *14 n. 22 (5th Cir. Tex. May 19, 2005).

I've got to study now so I can pass the bar and churn out more opinion fodder as an attorney.
