Today, the prospective lawyers from the Class of 2005 were administered a "Simulated Multistate Bar Exam" practice test as a means of preparing for next month's Bar Exam. What I'm about to tell you may or may not be admissible in a court of law (apparently, I can't be sure): Nearly everyone, if asked to take the bar exam today, would fail. Miserably.
